Newly appointed SHS Chief Accountant

Saigon – Hanoi Securities JSC (SHS) would like to announce the changes of the position of SHS Chief Accountant

On March 28, 2024, SHS Board of Directors issued Decisions on changes to the position of SHS Chief Accountant as follows:

- Terminate the position of Chief Accountant from Mr. Tien, Tran Sy Tien - Deputy CEO;

- Appointment Ms. Hao, Pham Thi Thanh as SHS Chief Accountant;

- Effective from March 28, 2024.

The company has publicly announced these changes in accordance with the law.
