Saigon – Hanoi Securities JSC (SHS) would like to announce our changes of SHS CEO and Legal Representative with the official approval from the State Securities Commission (SSC).
- Mr. Thanh, Nguyen Chi is SHS Chief of Executive cum Head of SHS Branch in Hai Phong City; no longer SHS Deputy CEO;
- Mr. Tien Vu Duc is SHS BOD’s member only, no longer SHS Chief of Executive;
- The amended Securities Business License no. 16/GPDC-UBCK dated March 25th, 2024 issued by SSC;
- Time effective: Since March 25th, 2024
