Resignation application as a BOD’s member of Mr. Duc, Luu Danh

Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company we would like to announce the resignation application as a member of the Board of Directors (signed on December 17th, 2024) of Mr. Duc, Luu Danh.

The dismissal of Mr. Duc, Luu Danh as a member of the Board of Directors will be considered and approved by the 2025 Annual General Meeting of SHS Shareholders.
