SHS announces Trading Reports of a Shareholder - PYN ELITE FUNDS

On December 1, 2023, PYN ELITE FUNDS (Non UCITS) increased their ownership of SHS shares to 42,842,900 shares, becoming a majority shareholder of SHS, holding 5.27% of all SHS shares.
On December 4, 2023: The Fund reduced their ownership of SHS shares to 39,842,900 (4.9%), then no longer being a Majority Shareholder of SHS.
